Besides, there is no such things as "a bad person" !!! Grapes in tarts or cakes or dessert, well, they are delicious when baked and they make for a pretty and different presentation.Andrea_TheKitchenLionesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05188562947486964076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5171858975021092818.post-9709591571474701062012-09-15T04:52:44.788+02:002012-09-15T04:52:44.788+02:00I eat grapes off their vine - all colors, all kind...I eat grapes off their vine - all colors, all kinds. I have never ever put one in a part, cake, tart or any dessert. I know that doesn't make me a bad person but..............what the heck???? Love the long lean look of your bigger tart. K...Nami, thank you so much for your lovely comment! Kids can be crazy about grapes and mine are no exception, they just love to eat them and have me put them in their lunch boxes. The dishes I used are from a rather well-known Polish manufacturer, I believe you can order them in the States as well. I started collecting them a while back and I still love the plates, serving dishes, etc. that I own. I will look them up and let you know a.s.a.p.Andrea_TheKitchenLionesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05188562947486964076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5171858975021092818.post-19265767465218476522012-09-06T13:45:30.281+02:002012-09-06T13:45:30.281+02:00Thanks, Paula, seedless grapes are quite abundant ...Thanks, Paula, seedless grapes are quite abundant around here right now and they are delicious in this cake.Andrea_TheKitchenLionesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05188562947486964076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5171858975021092818.post-15686483369877735702012-09-05T19:11:38.957+02:002012-09-05T19:11:38.957+02:00Although I'm not a baker and probably don'...Although I'm not a baker and probably don't know enough about baked goods, I've never seen grapes in tart before and I'm loving this tart very much. Green grapes are especially my daughter's favorite and she always asks for it when I'm in a store. I can imagine she'd be so thrilled to see a cake/tart with her favorite grapes in it!!! I love your tart serving plate and dishes... so pretty! I don't own too many Western plates (besides simple whites), and I enjoy looking at those and hopefully find similar ones here.Nami | Just One Cookbookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17104033889937635168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5171858975021092818.post-70883206140374025772012-09-05T14:38:38.555+02:002012-09-05T14:38:38.555+02:00I´ve been wanting to bake a simple cake with grape...I´ve been wanting to bake a simple cake with grapes for a while now, but can´t find seedless ones. I thought about seeding them, but then they would not go whole into the batter, and I don´t know if that will change the consistency of the cake. <br />This is really, really gorgeous!
