Meat used to be served on Sundays or on special occasions only, during the week, there were a lot of savory as well as sweet main courses that Germans enjoyed. The author of this book "re-visited" these traditional meat and fishless recipes and gave them a gentle make-over so that we can enjoy cooking them today and sharing wonderful food and food traditions wit our family and friends - a fabulous project indeed!
Thank you for taking the time to stop by anDleave such a kind comment - I know you cook a mean "Schweinshaxe" (as I have admired it on your blog recently) but I know for a fact that you would enjoy these dishes as well:Andrea_TheKitchenLionesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05188562947486964076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5171858975021092818.post-35214667138772664372014-08-24T13:46:36.384+02:002014-08-24T13:46:36.384+02:00Never known there such a vegan Germany cuisine bef...Never known there such a vegan Germany cuisine before since all the bavarian restaurant usually famous with their fresh meats and meats, sausage, schweinshaxe and stuffs....
looks like a festive, i thi nk i'm gonna start with the kartoffelpufferAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5171858975021092818.post-33964300675350105982014-08-22T19:23:04.308+02:002014-08-22T19:23:04.308+02:00Dear Kim, what a wonderful, thoughtful and kind co...Dear Kim, what a wonderful, thoughtful and kind comment - you certainly made a very happy blogger on this dreary Friday evening!
