Maybe it is something new to try in the next days, since it looks perfect for spring - even though here in München feels more like Autumn now!<br />I have been searching for asparagus recipes from Portugal... but I guess that in the end they are not a traditional ingredient, so there are not any traditional dishes with them! In fact, I think I ate fresh (white ;) ) asparagus for the first time here in München.
